One aspect of what I am writing about is authenticity and creativity (re. bloggers), so I’m wondering if blogging has made you feel more your self, if you like (authentic in the sense to being true to the real you)?

If someone had said to me 7 years ago (cause I have been blogging for 2 years now) that I would be spending a lot of my time weekly writing, I would have thought they were crazy.  When I sit down to type, everything that is in my heart is coming out through the keys, I am in a very natural state and it allows me to communicate what I feel is true and important.

Do you see a connection between creativity and authenticity?  If so please elaborate?

At the end of 2012, I had a look back over two years of material and was able to see how my blog posts, although most applicable to legacy planning, all had undertones of what I was actually dealing with in my life at various points.

I do see a connection between creativity and authenticity, as when you are being authentic you are telling the truth, in essence leading and speaking with your heart and the thoughts that follow, and when you take the opportunity to lead with your heart it is amazing what is possible.

I learned of the term entrainment today, and it applies in this area as well.
We all know the saying that love can move mountains, but few people know why, but the answer lies in entrainment.

Entrainment occurs when rhythmic physiological or behavioral events match their period and phase to that of an environmental oscillation. So when two hearts are beating at the same time in the same direction with the same purpose and passion.  Also like when asked, Michelangelo what was his inspiration for carving the statue David he replied, I saw the angel in the stone and just removed the stone to set the angel free.
